How Account Approval Works

  1. Submit your facility, contact, shipping, and billing information.
  2. Our team reviews your licensure and required onboarding documentation.
  3. We follow up if any required information is missing or needs clarification.
  4. We coordinate payment setup and, when needed, DSCSA / EPCIS onboarding details.
  5. Your purchasing profile is activated once required review steps are complete.

Please note: You may submit quote requests while onboarding is in progress.

Step 1: Complete New Customer Packet

To help us review your account efficiently, please prepare the following information before submitting onboarding:

  • Legal business name and DBA, if applicable
  • Billing and shipping address information
  • Facility type and primary purchasing contacts
  • Licensing documentation that matches the shipping location
  • Payment and accounting contact information
  • DSCSA / EPCIS onboarding details, if required by your compliance team

Step 2: Compliance & Onboarding Review

Our onboarding team will review your submission. Our compliance team will validate licensing and coordinate interoperable DSCSA EPCIS setup and required documentation so your purchasing profile can be activated quickly.
