How do I request pricing and availability?
Start in our Drug Catalog Search, add one or more products to your RFQ Cart, and submit required quantities plus your requested ETA.
For the fastest review, include NDC (or exact product name), ship-to state, and any manufacturer or package preferences.
Can I request products that are not listed in the catalog?
Yes. Use Request a Custom Quote for unlisted NDCs, alternate package sizes, shortage sourcing, or items you cannot find in live search results.

How do I become a customer?
Visit Become a Customer to review onboarding requirements, then complete the New Customer Form.
Our team reviews facility credentials, onboarding documents, payment setup details, and any required DSCSA / EPCIS workflow items before activation.

Response timing depends on request completeness, manufacturer status, and product availability at the time of inquiry.
To accelerate follow-up, include NDC, quantity, requested ETA, and ship-to state in your request. If you are an existing customer, include your customer number.
